Return/Refund Policy:
Customers may return merchandise for a refund (less 30% restocking charge) within 30 days after the date of purchase. The customer must receive a return authorization number (RMA) prior to shipping. The product must be new and unused with all original packaging to be eligible. Please send an email using the contact form to ask for a Return Authorization Number. The reply will give you all shipping instructions. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and if the product is shipped back C.O.D. the charges will be deducted from the refund less the restocking charges.
Warranty:
All warranties must be handled direct with the manufacturer. Warranty returns and exchanges should be performed by calling the manufacturer directly, following their procedures and obtaining a manufacturers’ return authorization number (RMA). If you need help obtaining the contact information, please send an email using the contact form.
If your product is not working out of the box, please note that you should contact the manufacturer directly. We do not provide any warranty repair or service for any products. If you have used a product and a problem develops, you must contact the manufacturer for all repair services. We are happy to provide you with the phone number/contact information for the manufacturers of all products we carry. We check each case of paint before shipping and we do not warranty paint. Transit times for paint in cold weather or high heat temperatures should be avoided. Paint that arrives with a couple broken balls in the bag can be dried out with paper towel. Do not use water. If you wish to return product that has not been opened, you must call us at 949-206-8500 and ask for a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and you will be required to ship it back to us. Your order will be refunded less a 30% restocking fee.
